In October 2018, István Lánczky, a member of the Avicenna Institute of Middle Eastern Studies, spent a month in Lucca, Italy. The host institution was the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, which provided an opportunity for our researcher to continue working with Professor Amos Bertolacci, leader of one of the largest ongoing Arabic publishing projects of philosophical manuscripts. During their consultations, they discussed in detail every issue that arose during manuscript publishing by our researcher. In addition to the consultations, the month-long research trip provided an opportunity to continue his research in the libraries of Pisa and Lucca.
